Please read these terms carefully before using MR Commerce.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MR Commerce ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per business entity is permitted unless otherwise authorized.

3. Permitted Use

MR Commerce is provided for lawful retail business management purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Upload malicious content or violate intellectual property rights
  • Exceed fair usage limits of your subscription plan

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data entered into the Platform. MR Commerce does not claim any ownership rights over your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

MR Commerce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
